Megan Irland, a certified physician assistant, earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from LeMoyne College in 2011 and a bachelor's degree in biology and pre-med from Hartwick College in 2006. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Before coming to Oswego County OB-GYN, she was employed in a Neuro Critical Care I.C.U. in New Orleans for four years. She also worked at Oswego County Opportunities in their family planning division in 2012. Megan provides office-based obstetrical and gynecological care in the Oswego and Fulton locations. 

Devon is a Certified Nurse Midwife who is has returned to Oswego in 2021 to provide care in her hometown. She is a graduate of Oswego High School, She received her Batchelor of Arts degree in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical in 2012. She then earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester in 2014 and finally a Masters Degree in Midwifery from Stony Brook University 2020.

Mackenzie Mahajan is a certified physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mackenzie was born and raised in Elmira, New York. She graduated from Notre Dame High School in Elmira. Following high school, she enrolled in a 3+2 Physician Assistant Program at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. There, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2021. She then went on to receive her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2022. Mackenzie’s interests include Peloton, cooking, and spending time with her family and dog. Mackenzie provides office-based obstetrical and gynecological care in the Oswego and Fulton locations.
