Raj K. Mahajan, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Mahajan is an Oswego native who returned to practice in his hometown in November 2008. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Mahajan earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Buffalo. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the State University of New York at Buffalo Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Mahajan practiced in the Elmira area before returning to Oswego. Among the skills he brings to Oswego are his extensive knowledge of urogynecology and assisting women with incontinence issues. In addition, Dr. Mahajan has extensive experience in helping couples with fertility problems.
He also has undergone specialized training in ultrasound and is certified as a diagnostic medical sonographer. Dr. Mahajan provides complete obstetrical and gynecological care both at Oswego Hospital and the Oswego County OB-GYN offices.
Venkata Ramani Dasari, M.D. , F.A.C.O.G
Dr. Dasari returned to practice with Oswego County OB-GYN, P.C. in December of 2021. She previously practiced here from September 2011 to May 2016. Currently she is providing Obstetrical care in the office, deliveries and management of Labor at Oswego Hospital. Dr Dasari completed her medical school and residency in India. Dr. Dasari is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. When not practicing in Oswego, she has practiced in India, and Farrell, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Dasari provides complete obstetrical care at Oswego Hospital and the Oswego County OB-GYN offices.

Victoria Carlson, C.N.M., WHNP-BC
Victoria Carlson, CNM, WHNP-BC is a dual board-certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Originally from New Jersey, Victoria began her healthcare journey with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Montclair State University while also working as a doula. She later relocated to Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Platt College of Nursing.
As a registered nurse, Victoria specialized in critical care, working in several Level I trauma centers across the Denver metro area. Her clinical experience includes Burn/Trauma, Surgical, Cardiac, Medical, and Neuro Intensive Care Units. She went on to earn a dual Master of Science degree in Midwifery and Women’s Health from Georgetown University.
Now based in Oswego, she is excited to be back on the East Coast. Victoria is passionate about supporting women and families throughout the lifespan and is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care to the community. She shares her home with her husband, two dogs, and a cat. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys baking, cooking, horseback riding, kayaking, singing, playing piano, and chess.

Ronald V. Uva, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Uva was the Chief of OB/GYN at Oswego Hospital and NYS Legislative Chairman for ACOG and member of the New York State Board for Medicine. Dr. Uva retired from the practice of medicine in October 2013 but continues to advocate for legislative reform for women's health issues.
